Ranger got to hang out by himself today in the big arena. Miss Kitty has gone to Steve Kutie for training. Will update her progress when I go to Bowie, Texas next week.
Chance has been great in his pasture location. I went out to brush him and make sure I treated him for flys.He is just so happy and loves being alive. He still walks sideways but doesn’t hurt. Gosh, I bet he was a great horse when he was younger. I went to check on Hannah and Grace. They are doing well training for under saddle.
Grace is just so beautiful with her spots.
Miss Kitty and Ranger were just hanging out together. They love to be loved. Beautiful day for the horses.
Little Ruth and Abby are watching me clean their stalls. I think they want back inside to be fed. They are such cute babies.
Abby is getting better at receiving a halter. She also let’s me clean her injury. It is healing well. Gorgeous little girl.
Gosh, haven’t seen Chance for a while. He is our pasture horse and he looks so good. He really is so gracious about being able to be alive and just be a horse. Thank you God that we saved his life.
Hannah has turned out to be a great horse. She is so beautiful and willing to please. Also, was able to ride Rosie today. She makes me have so much joy after I have riden her. She is such a great horse and she has such a great personality. Thank you Lord that we saved her from slaugher.
I looked up and Ranger and Miss Kitty were waiting for Abby and Little Ruth to come out to play. They have really formed a special bond together.
All four of the horses spent time in pasture today. The little ones did great with the bigger horses. I think Ranger loved being around all those mares. Sure am glad he is so laid back.
Miss Kitty and Ranger hang out together next to each other in their stalls. I have been riding Ranger at least twice a week and lunging Miss Kitty. They really are great horses.
This week was very busy getting the horses back to Park Ridge and also putting Grace and Hannah in training. The babies are together and I think they will keep each other company. Little Ruth and Abby have great dispositions. Abby has only had a couple of hands on with the halter so I am anxious to get started training her. We did have a mishap yesterday, she cut her forehead open so that will be a little set back. Miss Kitty is back and out of training until we can find another program for her. Ranger is now ready to ride and he did good under saddle. Thank you Lord for the horses and their hearts.Ranger
